Laptop Screen Issue

I have just got a new laptop and am running Windows 8 and when I try and play AOM it opens only in a small screen and I want to run in in full screen mode.

I have tried changes the screen res details in the option menu and also my laptop resolution , but nothing is helping and the game just doesn't feel right in small format.

I would be grateful for any help or advise in dealing with this issue.
