This one really frustrates me. Finding the Festival Food regulations by state.
SC just updated theirs so the blue books are out.

I'm still looking for GA and NC. Just in case a inspection pops up.
Military bases vary too. I think I could write a whole article on how to selling on Fort Brag NC.
