Hey guys, in your opinion, how many types of wings should i offer from my food trailer? I have 10 flavors right now but i constantly get requests for ones that i dont offer. Is there an easy way to serve a bunch of different flavors logistically? Thanks for the input.

Well I can't help you there. I serve only sweets no savory. I can say I buy my lunch and supper from other vendors and if I get wings it needs to be not messy. So I can duck below the window and eat fast and not come up with bbq sauce under my finger nails. lol. Also I have to have my celery sticks.
